Astrid in casual attire at a local United Nations Association event

Self-Image critique: the hair's been through a day's work, discreet pin on cardigan states elegance, the blouse makes a statement of interest, fashionable pants, well ajusted shoes tell that walking is involved, cardigan shows that the event is casual, very little make-up and no earings tell that she's amongst friends. Lack of neklace could be due to self-satisfaction of blouse statement leading to a mark of self-confidence.

Self critiqued body language: Seated in an interwsting choice of chair, her body position reflects one in charge, having a good time, but perhaps uncomfortable being seated whilst you stand taking her picture! The way the hands and arms are held mark authority, control and ease in a chair that summons a sense of power and wisdom with a definite esoteric feel to it. Knows how to use a stick shift!

There's a big difference between a debutant and a veteran on the Red Carpet, and it's not just about the dress! There's a mannerism, in speach and posture that brings attention, that states charisma, that makes people turn to have a second look, and it's not just about the dress! Why is it that a French gal like me has had the pleasure of being invited to seat beside princes? Why do Hollywood Stars come to me for advice? Why have I been offered the privilege to discuss matters with the most influencial people in business and politics? It's not because I'm pretty, and it's not because I wear a short skirt! It's because I engage interest wherever I go, whether I am only heard over the radio or whether I am standing in a croud. I know how to present myself, I know how to behave, I know how to talk, I know how to be A Class Act! And You can Do it Too!

- BEing The Class Act! -

Being a CLASS ACT is knowing how to best be yourself with respect and understanding to where you are.
